A minimum of 16 hours per week of dedicated engagement, focused on leading continuous improvement initiatives, facilitating problem-solving efforts, and providing strategic guidance on Lean operations. This time will be flexibly deployed based on the evolving needs of the continuous improvement roadmap, ranging from direct facilitation and coaching to deep-dive analysis and playbook development.

Minimum Engagement Period

Minimum Engagement Period for Vanguard must be 6 months, this is set because the projected timeline for Vanguard clients are: 1 month for onboarding, 2-3 months for implementation of CI / Lean operations, and 3 months to focus on sustainability and KPI metrics being met.

Culture can not be set overnight, but 6 months gives Vanguard consultants enough time to setup the culture and infrastructure to make an impact, but also not directly tie companies to be overly reliant on Vanguard Consultants.

6 months also gives clients enough time to see the impact this has on their business and also time to convince Vanguard clients to pursue even more embedded teams with additional revenue raising opportunities for Rieper Consulting.
